Warm 'n' healthy chicken salad wraps

For this super quick, healthier take on chicken salad wraps, heat 1 chopped bell pepper in an oiled skillet. Add 1 chopped chicken breast and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently until cooked through. Remove to a bowl, and add 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Lay out 2 tortillas on a clean work surface. Top each with a handful of shredded Romaine lettuce, the chicken salad mixture and 1 diced tomato. Roll up the wraps, cut in half, and serve immediately.
