Swap out potato salad for something warmer and healthier—no oven necessary!
To make, scrub baking potatoes to remove dirt or other residue. Place on individual sheets of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt. Wrap up tightly, and place in your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. For a healthier side, top with creamy yogurt-herb sauce, chopped green beans and red pepper flakes.
