Dumpling dough is simply made with flour and hot water. Separate it into small dough balls, then flatten them into disks about 6-cm in diameter. For the stuffing, combine chopped cabbage, ground pork, minced onions, powdered ginger, soy sauce, white cooking wine and allspice. Mix well, then garnish the dumpling disks, seal them up and steam until cooked through. If you don't have a steamer, you can opt to boil them instead.
