Here's the secret to ultra-moist quiche: spread refrigerated pie crust into your baking dish, and add finely chopped onions with cooked bacon lardons. Pour in a mixture of mascarpone, eggs, liquid cream, salt and pepper. Sprinkle grated gruyere or swiss cheese on top, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 °F.
