Westlight - Octopus Skewers

The octopus skewers at Westlight in Brooklyn from chef Andrew Carmellini aren't exactly going  to be a piece of cake to prepare for the average home chef. Sprinkled with quinoa and the super hot rocoto chilli pepper and squeeze of lime, these tentacled skewers are probably worth paying for to enjoy them.
