Break down stubborn stains

A mixture of equal parts vinegar and water will do the hard work for you when it comes to removing grease stains from your stove, kitchen table or broiler. For super tough stains (BBQ grills) soak newspaper in undiluted vinegar, then place them directly onto the grill and leave for 1 hour.

To combat grease on a daily basis, pour 3 - 4 tablespoons of white vinegar into your regular brand of liquid dish washing liquid, and shake to mix.
