If you allow exercise to be a "maybe" on your schedule, then we hate to break it to you, but it probably won't happen. Our schedules are constantly dictated for us, bending around our own work schedules, our kids' school and activities, and any other demands that can (and do) arise from time to time. Make your workouts one of those: schedule them into your calendar and stick to them! It also helps if you have a specific plan ahead of you – a yoga session, weight lifting, a 20-minute run – so there's no hesitation or decision-making when it comes time to get it done.
