Marinate chicken with all spicies & sauces Leave it for Atleast 1 hour
- 1kg chicken fillet cut in to strips
- 1 tsp full paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp meat tenderizer **
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- Batter
- 2 tbsp full plain flour
- 2 tbsp full corn flour
- 1 tbsp full spicy southern fry mix
- Water to make thickish batter
- Bread crumbs for coating.
- To serve
- Tortilla
- Lettuce
- Cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Black pepper
- Chilli sauce.

- 1 whole chicken
- 1 tsp chilli garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chillies
- 1 tsp pepper steak spice
- 1 tsp crushed jeeru
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tblsp tomato paste
- 1 ½ tblsp peri peri oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup ghee or olive oil
- SAUCE
- ½ cup tomato puree
- 3 tbslp lemon juice
- ½ tsp peri peri spice
- Salt to taste
- Left over marinade
- Ghee used for frying

- 2 onions sliced
- 1 Tsp whole jeeru
- 1 Tbsp garlic crushed
- 2 Green chilies slit
- 1 kg Chicken fillet
- 1 Tsp red chilies
- 1 Tsp dhana jeero
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 big tomatoes grated
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp Worchester sauce
Fish- Grilled Prawns

- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tblsp melted butter
- 1 dessertspoon white vinegar

- 2 TBLSP MAYYONNAISE

- 1 TSP DRIED THYME
- 1 TSP SWEET BASIL SPICE
- 1TSP PARSLEY DRIED
- 1 TSP AROMAT
- 1 TSP SALT
