- 1/4 cup reduced fat Greek yougurt
- 1 teaspoon snipped fresh dill
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400. Process onion in a food processor until very, very fine

- 1/2 tsp fresh oregano, finely chopped
