Yogurt sauce
Yogurt sauce is a light and refreshing sauce that can be totally customized. Use it to dip veggie sticks in, on sandwiches or wraps, in salads or even in place of ketchup with French fries.
To make homemade yogurt sauce, take one plain yogurt (Greek-style yogurt works really well), add a teaspoon of mustard, a teaspoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper and freshly chopped chives. Mix well then let rest for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
You can start customizing this sauce by switching up the herbs (try dill, cilantro, basil or parsley). You can add finely diced cucumbers or pickles to add a bit of crunch, or a bit of curry, cumin or chili pepper for an exotic twist.
