7 steps to the perfect salad

To each salad, its own seasoning

Try to adapt the dressing to the type of salad greens and the other ingredients that are going in your salad.

While sunflower or rapeseed oil are rather neutral, you can also experiment with more flavorful oils like walnut, hazelnut or sesame. In terms of vinegar, why not play around with mango, raspberry, shallot, balsamic or Xeres vinegars? 

And don't forget the seasoning! Garlic, mustard, fresh herbs, onions, shallots, soy sauce, lemon zest...even anchovies are great additions!  A flavorful dressing will totally revamp your salad.
