Egg

Eggs make a glorious burger accompaniment, and although we can't really knock the tried-and-true method of topping your meat with a fried egg, we also recommend the version with an egg cooked into your burger.

Use a small glass to carve a hole in the center of your patty. Remove the inner circle of beef. Start to cook the beef on a hot skillet. Crack an egg into the open center. Quickly flip the patty to brown the other side. Only cook it to medium-rare, to ensure the yolk will still be liquid when finished. Top with cheese to hide your amazing runny surprise.
