Cheese

The new way to do grilled cheese is...to actually cook cheese on your grill! Choose a cheese with a sturdier exterior that melts well. French cheeses, such as Camembert or Brie are particularly good, succulent choices. Wrap the cheese in aluminum foil, place on the grill for 5 to 10 minutes, and serve with toast. It's sinfully creamy, with a smoky touch—an easy crowd-pleasing appetizer!
