Bread

Never thought to cook bread on your grill? Now's the time to start. Prepare a classic bread dough, and shape it into small baguettes. Place them on a grill plate covered with greaseproof paper and let cook. Remember to flip  the bread several times for even cooking.

If you have a real outdoors spirit, cook your bread on the end of a wooden stick. Wrap the dough 10 to 12 cm down the length of your stick, and hold it above your grill, constantly turning it. Once the bread starts to detach from the stick, it's cooked! Then all that's left is to top it with some grilled protein and barbecue sauce for the perfect homemade BBQ sandwich. Enjoy!
