French Savoy biscuits

Savoy biscuits are loved by all for their simple and sweet flavor.

To make this super soft cookie, combine 6 egg yolks with 2/3 cup sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar. Whisk for at least 10 minutes with an electric mixer. Add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour mixed with 1/4 cup cornstarch. Using a rubber spatula, very gently add in 6 whipped egg whites. Pour into a Baby Savarin (rum baba) cake mold that's pre-buttered and floured. Bake for 45 minutes at 350° F.
