Carrots

Carrots boast a ton of Vitamin A, which promotes the formation of new eye cells and helps protect the optic nerve. In addition, carrots provide supple skin and slow the aging process. The dye contained in the carotenes also reduces your risk for rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and asthma. Tip: The healthy vitamins in carrots are fat-soluble, so they can be consumed with the addition of a little oil or drunk in juice form for best results.
