Walnuts

With age comes forgetfulness, but that doesn't mean you can't slow it down. Nuts contain a particularly high concentration of B vitamins, which help to do just that, especially walnuts and almonds. Even just 4-5 walnuts a day help reduce forgetfulness in old age. They're also a natural source of potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, selenium and copper. They help to keep cholesterol levels under control and boost the immune system. A handful per day is enough to supply yourself with the healthy youth-preserving nutrients you need.
