This recipe is optimal for using meat, veggie and rice leftovers from last night’s dinner. In a wok, cook 1 onion, add frozen peas then beaten eggs and stir-fry all together. Add some diced ham, season with soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked rice at the end, and heat through, stirring constantly.
