You'll crack for this mega delicious and super simple dessert verrine. Make caramel by melting and browning sugar in a skillet. Remove from heat, then add butter and warm liquid cream. Combine mascarpone with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well. In a verrine or large shot glass, alternate layers of the mascarpone cream, canned diced pears with their syrup, a layer of caramel and crushed hazelnuts. For a nice finishing touch, top with a pinch of cocoa powder.
