Chocolate cake roll

Prepare the chocolate cake base by combining eggs, flour, sugar and cocoa powder. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 °F, then spread out on a damp dish cloth covered with granulated sugar. Whisk together mascarpone, cream and sugar, then spread on the chocolate cake base and roll up. Store in the fridge, and slice when ready to serve.
