7 hour lamb for us lazy folks

Place a shoulder or leg of lamb in a roasting dish with onions, diced carrots and celery, a drizzle of olive oil and unpeeled garlic cloves. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake for 5 to 7 hours at 300° F. The lamb will become so tender that it will fall of the bone the minute you touch it!
