Shrimp quiche

In a bowl, mix 4 eggs, 1 and 2/3 cups half-and-half cream, 1/2 tablespoon curry, 1/4 teaspoon cumin and a little salt. Add 2 and 1/2 cups peeled shrimp. Pour into a quiche pan covered with shortcrust pastry. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Gruyère or Swiss cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350 °F. Serve your quiche hot with salad.
