Berries

Berries get their intense color from anthocyanin, a cytoprotective substance that supports the blood vessels and prevents the formation of varicose veins, while fighting against tumors. The flavonoids contained in berries also have further cancer-preventing properties. You can get them in multiple varieties: blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc. They help maintain vitality in the cells, providing you with nice, tight skin.
