Rumaki

Remember Trader Vic's  of Crab Ragoon fame? The popular restaurant was also responsible for popularizing the rumaki, an unusual and crazily addictive appetizer. Water chestnuts and pieces of chicken liver were wrapped up in bacon and marinated in soy sauce and ginger or brown sugar before being roasted.
