Pad Thai - Cuisine Bangkok (Canada)
Cuisine Bangkok has often been cited as one of the best places to get pad thai in Montreal. Although the traditional recipe only sprinkles a bit of crushed red pepper into the noodles, this restaurant gives you several chili pepper heat levels to choose from: X, XX, XXX and XXXX. The hottest level is so mouth-numbing that the restaurant displays a disclaimer that reads: "We are not responsible for the level of spice you have ordered. No refund or exchange." Just goes to show that you can actually find authentic "Thai spice" outside of Thailand.
