Stir-Fried Minced Quail - Ran Gaeng Pa Sriyan (Thailand)

Thailand is another country that's renowned for its arsenal of spicy foods, and you can expect to find some of the hottest dishes at Bangkok's Ran Gaeng Pa Sriyan restaurant. Here, the house specialty is Jungle Curry, which is a special type of curry that doesn't include coconut milk, as there are no coconuts in Thailand's northern jungles. But one of the hottest dishes on the menu is actually stir-fried minced quail, served with holy basil, wild ginger and tons of Bird's Eye chili peppers that sting in every bite.
