Slow drinking: 10 tips to savor a cocktail like a pro

Be careful with the temperature

Some cocktails need to be shaken when cold, others when at room temperature. So pay attention to the temperature of the drink that the recipe calls for. A shaken cocktail that is served at room temperature won't give off the same aromas as a frozen one. The best is to acquire a wine or tea thermometer so that you can serve the cocktail in optimal conditions. Also don't forget to stock up on ice cubes, just in case.
