Overnight oats

Want to stand out among your coworkers? Overnight oats are the breakfast you need to get the job done. Soak your oatmeal in milk or yogurt the night before. You can also use plant-based milks, such as almond or soy. Cover the mixture, and leave in the fridge overnight. Add the chopped fruits of your choice before heading to work, which will add some necessary texture to the now-creamy oats. You can also liven it up with some honey, nuts or chia seeds. Quick and painless and no cooking required!
