Avocado

Avocados are back in season, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Spread on bread and top with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and a dash of crushed red pepper for the simplest of avocado toasts. Or simply eat 1/2 an avocado with nothing more than a touch of sea salt and lime juice. It's extremely filling and perfect to take on the go. The best is to cover it in plastic wrap, or if you decide to make avocado toast, put it in a plastic container so it doesn't get smashed.
